The Costa Oil – 10 Minute Oil Change Mesa Arizona Main St location is the first franchise location. Founded as a Valvoline in 2001 it was then changed to Amerilube. Following an ownership change, Amerilube faded into non-existence. In 2016 Costa Oil – 10 Minute Oil Change took over the location and began operations in Dillsburg PA.
