A former member of the armed services, Cesar currently works for a large commercial cleaning franchise system where he manages over 200 employees. His reasons for joining the Costa Oil family include financial stability and the opportunity to scale a business. His wife is a customer service representative for a furniture company out of Canada. “Joining Costa Oil just feels right. By allowing franchise owners to provide the service the customer will come back for.” he says
